Op Black Friday, 28 november 2025, doe ik iets wat je niet snel in deze tijdlijn ziet gebeuren: ik verhoog mijn prijzen voor één dag met 5%. In plaats van mee te gaan in de jaarlijkse kortingstress, kies ik ervoor om me uit te spreken tegen de massale koopdag en het impulsieve gedrag dat ermee gepaard gaat. De extra 5% die ik die dag ontvang, verdubbel ik zelf, en het volledige bedrag gaat naar een organisatie die bomen plant in Nederland. ( s o o n ) gallery presents the first solo show on Belgian soil by Amsterdam-based painter Jitske Schols. Her work is based on HER-stories, stories of interesting women who were successful in various ways, yet are forgotten by history.
